Booking Pro adds to the free Booking. Appointments held as a video call on your own site, a lesson that needs the coach and a court, a class with twelve places and a waiting list that fills a freed place by itself, bookings that repeat every week, and the questions you need answered before someone arrives.
What Booking Pro adds
Calls use the video calls built into Domma CMS: camera, screen sharing, chat kept with the booking, background blur and Add people. About video calls.
Online appointments
Mark a service as held online and it becomes a video call on your own site, for up to five people. The customer joins from the link in their emails and knocks; you let them in. You can allow the host to record.
Call now
Open an online booking's call early: the customer's link works at once, and they can be emailed to say you are ready. Or call anyone straight away - from Booking, a contact or an email - with no booking at all.
A person and a room together
A lesson needs the coach and one of the courts. A time is only offered when both are free, and the booking holds both.
Classes
Give a service a number of places, and that many people can book the same session.
Waiting lists
When a class is full, customers join its waiting list. If someone cancels, the first in line gets the place and an email to say so.
Repeat bookings
Book the same slot weekly, fortnightly or monthly. A taken date is skipped, and the rest can be cancelled together.
Your questions
Ask what you need on the booking form: text, a choice, yes or no. Answers are kept with the booking.
Sensible limits
A most-per-day for each person or room, and one booking per customer every so many days.

- In Booking, add a coach under People & rooms, and two courts as rooms.
- Add a Tennis lesson service. In its Booking Pro section, say it needs the coach and one of the courts.
- Add a Yoga class with 12 places and a waiting list.
- Book the class from
/bookinguntil it is full, then join the waiting list. - Cancel one booking in the Diary: the first person waiting is booked in and emailed.
No lock-in.
If the licence lapses, Booking carries on as the free Tool. Existing bookings stay exactly as they were, including the rooms they hold, their answers and the calls already booked online, and your Pro settings come back when Pro does.

Not yet. Taking payment or a deposit online, and booking reports, are planned for Booking Pro.
No. The call runs in the browser on your own site, with nothing to install and no outside service. Very strict office or mobile networks may need a relay server, which we can set up for you.
Yes, up to five places. Everyone booked into that session shares one call and one chat.
They see that a class is full and can join its waiting list from the booking page. You see every list, in order, on the Waiting lists tab.
