Cards Pro sends e-cards by email from your own site. Pick a design, write your message and choose who it goes to and when - now, on a date, on each contact's birthday, or on the days of your Calendar events. The card opens from its envelope, with an effect and a sound.

Each tap moves on: the envelope in your colours, the front, the inside opening like a book, then the back.

Ticker tape, butterflies, twinkling stars or a seasonal celebration as it opens, and one of 34 tunes and sounds - from Happy Birthday to a sad trombone.
Make it yours
Your words, fonts and colours, your photos with frames, stickers, and ready-made messages, limericks and poems to start from. The preview changes as you type.
Sent when it matters
Now, on a date, on each contact's birthday every year, or on the days of a Calendar event or a type of event.
Know it was opened
Results show who it went to and who opened it. Copy a person's link to send by text or WhatsApp too.
Card credits: let other people send cards, and pay for them
Switch on card credits and Cards Pro opens to card makers - people who sign up on your site and send cards, paying in credits. You and your staff still send free. Off until you switch it on.
Credits per card
One credit for each person a card goes to, two for a premium design. The editor shows the price before they send.
Packs through your Shop
Card makers buy packs with whatever your Shop takes - Stripe, PayPal or bank transfer. The packs never show on your shop's own pages.
Gifts by email
Send some credits from a balance, or buy a pack straight into a gift. An unclaimed gift comes back after 30 days.
A sign-up page
New card makers join at /cards/join, confirm their email and sign in. Optionally, they start with a few free credits.
A role of their own
The Card maker role sees Cards, Card credits, their own contacts and calendar - and nothing else in your admin.
Repeating cards wait
A birthday or event card that runs out of credits waits, and goes as soon as they top up. They are told once a day.
Send one in 5 minutes
- Open Cards in the admin sidebar and press New card.
- Pick a design. You can change everything on the next screen.
- Work through the tabs - Front, Inside, Envelope, Opening and Sound - and press Play to watch it open.
- Press Send a test to me to see the email in your own inbox.
- Under Who, choose your contacts. Under When, press Send now or Schedule.
Straight answers.
- The email carries a picture of the front and an Open your card button. Replies come to you.
- Every card has a link to stop receiving them, and anyone who uses it is never sent another.
- Birthday cards need Contacts Pro, which holds the birthdays. Cards on event days need the Calendar.
- A card that has gone out cannot be changed - duplicate it to send another.

What it needs
Your site able to send email (Site Settings › Email) and its Site URL set, since card links are built on it. For card makers to buy credits, the Shop with a way to pay set up.
