- Open Email and add your mailbox's server, user and password. Test tries them before saving.
- Choose which folders to keep in step - Inbox and Sent to start with.
- Add an identity with your signature.
- Write a reply and choose Send later > Tomorrow morning.

Good to know
Each person sees only their own mailboxes. Remote images stay blocked until you allow them, and message bodies are never copied into the database - only envelopes and flags.

Yes. An email's menu offers Book (name)… with Booking, Schedule with (name)… with Calendar, and Call (name) now… - a video call on your own site - with Booking Pro, Contacts Pro or Calendar. About video calls.
One second after you open it, by default. Change the delay in Mail Settings, or set it to zero to mark mail read straight away.
It says what to change in plain English - for example, untick Implicit TLS on port 587, or put a trusted certificate on the mail server - rather than showing the raw error.
No. It connects to the mailbox you already have, from any standard provider or your own server.
Email keeps a fast copy of each message's envelope and flags so big mailboxes open instantly. That copy lives in MongoDB.
